ComplaintsIf your complaint concerns Cayman Brac Power & Light Company (CBP&L) or Caribbean Utilities Company, Ltd. (CUC), your first step should be to contact their Customer Service Departments. If you are not satisfied with the way your complaint was handled by CBP&L or CUC, you should refer the matter to the ERA. This web page outlines procedures for submitting complaints to the Electricity Regulatory Authority (ERA) about CBP&L, CUC or the ERA itself. If, after having the complaint dealt with by the ERA, you are still not satisfied with the way in which the complaint has been investigated and resolved you may refer the matter to the Office of the Complaints Commissioner.
